Come and join us for ninety minutes of fun, laughter and dancing!

  • Gentle exercise – good for your heart

  • Remembering instructions – keeps your brain active
  • Music – good for the soul
  • Great company – good for the spirit and the chat
  • Learning the dances – good for the chuckle and other muscles

Whether you are a beginner, an experienced dancer or someone who hasn’t danced for a long time and wants to start again, this is the class for you. The difficulty of the dances is tailored to the ability of the class so that everyone can participate and we progress at a pace which suits everyone, with a mixture of dances old and new. Classes last for one hour and thirty minutes, with breaks as needed. There is a charge of £2 per person, per class, to cover the rental of the hall. You don’t need to wear special dance shoes, just shoes in which you feel comfortable dancing.

We meet on Monday afternoons in St Andrew’s Church Hall, Callander, from 2 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. For more details, contact Kath by clicking on her name below (as coordinator) and completing the web form that appears.
