This year has seen the Poetry Group meeting on the second Tuesday of each month from 2 - 4 p.m. at Trust Housing in Callander, where we have comfortable and quiet surroundings for our poetry readings. The cost is £1 per person per meeting, paid on the day. We make our own refreshments at the end of the meeting.

The Poetry Group has had another successful year with the many members finding a wonderful mix of poems each month for our various subjects. Anthologies of some of these are available to see by clicking on the links below.

At the annual general meeting in August, Marguerite will not be at a table for signing up with this group. Unfortunately the numbers attending almost fill the current venue and there is also a short waiting list. However. Marguerite is hoping to be able to start a second group to accommodate the additional people. She will be contacting everyone in the Autumn when all our groups start again. She is currently trying to find a group leader for a second Poetry Group.
