UPDATE for 2024

This group offers an opportunity for anyone who wishes to speak German with others in a social context, with informal conversation on topics chosen by group members and encompassing a wide range of interests and experiences. Abilities vary with some people having only a basic level of German but wishing to build their confidence in speaking, whilst others are able to offer help and support as native speakers or those who regularly use the language.

We meet fortnightly on a Monday morning from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon (or thereabouts) in various venues: hotels, cafés, outdoors when the weather permits or occasionally in peoples' homes.
